The Lighthouse
Will be the spiritual heartbeat of the Center. It will be comprised of a ministry office, worship and thanksgiving office, and a counselling and deliverance office.
Counseling Center
Comprised of four offices: Broken Home and Hurting Marriage, Outcast and Abuse, Rape and Rejected, and Hope Restoration. Each office will act independently dealing with care receivers and their particular issues as it pertains to counseling.
The Classroom
A lecture hall which will host all the classes pertaining to business sense development, entrepreneurship, motivating, inspiring, business strategy, and business skills.
Skill Development Hall
Will be where all trade skills are taught. The range of trade skills to be offered will only be limited by the number of teachers the Center has at any given time. Skills will be taught while concurrently working on projects at the Dream Center thus ensuring the upkeep and physical development of the Center at all times.
Administration Block
Serves as the place to house, make, record, and amend (as deemed necessary) the records of all those staying at the Dream Center, both care receivers and care givers. The Administration Block will also be expected to monitor and manage the day to day running of the Center, including finances, staffing, communications and all the other elements of management.
Medical Center
While undergoing mental, emotional, and spiritual healing it is common for the care receiver to manifest ailments physically, including self-inflicted damage. It would be essential that we can treat such cases quickly and efficiently while keeping the care receiver in as stable and safe a condition as possible.
Missionary and Evangelist Dorm
As the Center will have visiting ministers and evangelists from around the world coming to share their words, their wisdom, and their message, it is essential that the Center have a suitable housing area for these people sacrificing their time and energy for the betterment of others. The dorm will aim to house a maximum of ten people at any given time.
Permanent Residence of the onsite Minister
Because of all the activity happening at the Dream Center it will be essential for the Center to have a central figure of authority. This figure of authority will be the onsite minister. Due to his/her massive responsibility and need to be on call 24/7 it is essential that he/she is provided the facilities to do their job to the best of their ability.
Rehabilitation housing for women and rehabilitation housing for men
It will be essential for those going through drug and substance abuse counselling to have a safe place where they can heal. The rehab housing will be staffed with those trained to handle individuals dealing with withdrawal. And women’s housing and men’s housing will be two different facilities with their own essential living comforts.
Outreach Hall
It is essential to give back and we must nurture this important element in all our care receivers, what it means to be a care giver. The Outreach Hall will act as the medium to teach this lesson, hosting things such as feeding the poor, reading to the young, or elderly, and any other projects that the Dream Center can handle.
Security Stations
The Center MUST be a safe place. Security stations would be established across the grounds as a means of quick reporting and assistance when necessary. Though we hope for peaceful and smooth days at the Dream Center, it would be foolish to think every day will be that way. Security is one of those things that you don’t need it for when things go right, but for when things go wrong.
Farming Land
As humans we rely on the earth and so a connection with it is detrimental to our development. Not only is the connection important but farming can be great therapy for those in rehabilitation. Also for our care receivers in the skill training programming, a great skill to teach would be farming, which would thus require farm land.
